Valero Benicia Refinery

The Valero Benicia Refinery is located northeast of San Francisco on the Carquinez Strait of San Francisco Bay. It processes feedstocks into California Reformulate Gasoline Blendstock for Oxygenate Blending (CARBOB) and Conventional Blendstock for Oxygenate Blending (CBOB) gasolines, CARB diesel, diesel, jet fuel, and asphalt. The refinery receives crude oil feedstocks via a marine dock and crude oil pipelines, and most of its products are distributed via pipeline and truck.

Who We Are

The Benicia refinery produces clean burning jet fuel, gasoline, diesel and asphalt for our roads and highways. Most of the refinery’s products are distributed by pipeline and truck.
